The Catch & Release Sanctuary is a first-of-its-kind adaptive waterfront destination designed to restore the joy, freedom, and therapeutic benefits of fishing for people of all abilities. Centered around a fully accessible one-acre pond, the sanctuary features barrier-free fishing piers, wildlife observation areas, sensory-calming reflection coves, smart navigation technology, and inclusive shoreline experiences that allow guests to connect with nature independently. More than a fishing pond, it is a healing environment where accessibility disappears into the landscape, creating a peaceful place where everyone can experience the tranquility of the water without limitations.

More than a solar installation, it is a sophisticated accessibility-first microgrid designed to provide resilient, sustainable energy to every trail, cabin, pavilion, adaptive charging station, and guest experience across the property. Hidden within the landscape and seamlessly integrated into the architecture, the Solar Sanctuary combines renewable energy, storm-resilient infrastructure, intelligent power management, and future-focused technology to create a wilderness destination that feels untouched by modern infrastructure while remaining fully connected, safe, and accessible. It is the foundation that powers independence, inclusion, and adventure for generations to come.
