THE PURITY PROTOCOL Safety, Sanitization & Stewardship

At Wheelable Wilderness, we believe that true liberation in the wild requires absolute peace of mind. Our guests aren’t just explorers; they are our priority. Because we serve a diverse community—including veterans, seniors, and children with complex health needs—we have established the Purity Protocol: a  sanitization standard that exceeds normal health requirements. We don't settle for bare minimum, at Wheelable Wilderness we believe our customers deserve the "Gold Standard".

Transparency is our foundation. Below is how we plan to maintain the Vanguard Fleet and the Adaptive Arsenal to ensure every experience is as pristine as the Kentucky wilderness itself.

Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the incident.

At Wheelable Wilderness, we prioritize your safety above all else. Our infrastructure is engineered to the highest standards of inclusion, and we hope your time in the Kentucky woods is defined only by liberation and peace.

However, we understand that the unexpected can happen. We are committed to absolute transparency and stewardship should an event occur. If you experience any technical issue, equipment malfunction, or physical mishap, we have a streamlined Incident Reporting System ready for your use.

Please Note: While we provide the most advanced adaptive gear and a rigorously maintained landscape, Wheelable Wilderness and its partners operate with the understanding that nature involves inherent risks. By participating in our programs, guests acknowledge these inherent risks of outdoor exploration.

The organization will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of our facilities or equipment
