LOGISTICS & SAFETY

How Delivery Works

We coordinate deliveries based on geographic clustering and trailer capacity to ensure efficiency for all participants. Once you submit a request, our team will review the availability of equipment and staff drivers for your requested dates.

Typical delivery windows are scheduled 2 weeks in advance. While we strive to meet every request within the 200-mile radius, final confirmation is always subject to safe road conditions and extreme weather forecasts that might impact the safety of our drivers and gear.

Safety and fairness are our top priorities. We operate on a rotating schedule to serve as many people as possible. Free delivery includes drop-off and basic orientation on equipment usage to ensure your adventure starts smoothly and safely.
